This policy covers Simply Subaroo, 8/45 Bassett Street, Mona Vale NSW 2103. It applies to the information you give us through this website — mainly the online booking form.

What we collect

When you submit a booking request we collect your name, phone number, email address, vehicle registration plate, preferred date and time, and any notes you add. We don't collect anything beyond what's on that form, and we don't use cookies, analytics, or ad tracking on this site.

What we use it for

Solely to arrange and manage your service booking — to contact you, confirm your appointment, and get in touch if we need more information before you arrive. We don't use it for marketing and we don't add you to a mailing list.

Where it goes

Booking requests are sent by email to our booking inbox using Resend, an email delivery service, and the site itself is hosted on Vercel. Both only handle the message on our behalf — neither uses your details for their own purposes. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Only as long as it's useful — generally for the length of time we're dealing with your booking and for our own basic business record-keeping after that.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update this page with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you're okay with the update.
